He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from the National Open University of Nigeria. His academic background, combined with a passion for operational excellence and Indigenous Participation development, has positioned Caroline Marine Services Limited as a trusted provider of engineering, marine logistics, and manpower supply services across Nigeria’s oil and gas sector.

Mike Ayibakuro Boukoru is an accomplished marine engineer and seasoned maritime professional from Brass Local Government Area in Bayelsa State, Nigeria. With a strong foundation in marine engineering and a regional perspective shaped by experience across West Africa, Mike brings a wealth of technical knowledge and operational leadership to his role as Chief Operating Officer at Caroline Marine Services Limited.

He is a proud alumnus of the Regional Maritime University in Ghana, where he honed his skills in vessel operations, offshore support services, and marine logistics management. Over the years, Mike has played a key role in driving operational excellence, safety standards, and strategic growth across the company’s offshore and onshore projects.

As COO, Mike oversees the execution of high-impact marine and engineering projects, ensuring alignment with both client expectations and international best practices.
